ABC RealEstate opens doors in Logan
ABC RealEstate has opened it’s doors and is looking for investors. Using a system patented by Bill Gatten, it seeks to make it easier for people to not only buy homes, but keep their homes as well. By using a system that includes multiple investors in a home, it allows those who wouldn’t be able to get a mortage, or afford a down payment, to get a home. Those who invest profit as well, as they can expect to see 10-20% increase on their investment in two to three years.
The investors the company is seeking are those with a FICO rating of 680 or better, and also those who can provide a 20% investment in a house. While this percentage can be as low as 3%, the higher amount is preferred.
The way President Parker phrases his company goals is, “Our company is trying to help people get and keep homes during this housing crisis in America.” So not only is it helping investors make money, it is helping those in need.
